Business Owners

Ken and Martina are the husband-and-wife team behind Pure Painting, growing the business from humble beginnings in a home garage into a trusted company with offices across Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria. Working closely together, they are hands-on in all areas of the business, ensuring every project is delivered with care, consistency, and clear communication. With a strong focus on teamwork and complete customer service, they take pride in being involved in every job from start to finish.

Jade

Office Manager

Since joining the Pure Painting team, Jade has taken up the task of re-branding our company and implementing new strategies to assist in achieving our business objectives. Her previous experience working with Telstra as a marketing leader led to the launch of a successful awareness building campaign for Pure Painting recently. Jade has also been involved in other areas of the business, from Project Coordination to Business Relations which has assisted her in developing national marketing campaigns that are well-tailored to the requirements of the business.

Mike

Head Painting Supervisor | Estimator

Mike is a qualified Painter and Decorator with over 15 years of industry experience. With a strong background in project management and over three years of estimating experience, he is responsible for quoting works and overseeing quality across our projects. As Painting Supervisor, Mike brings hands-on knowledge and attention to detail, ensuring every job is accurately priced, well-managed, and delivered to a high standard.

Dan

Supervisor | Painting

Dan is a Supervisor and Painter with over 10 years of experience working with Pure Painting. Having painted projects from Tasmania through to Far North Queensland, including Airlie Beach, he brings extensive hands-on knowledge and leadership to every job. Dan is known for his clear communication with clients, combined with consistently high-quality workmanship, making him a trusted point of contact on site and a valued member within the team.

Wherever we operate we do so with integrity – doing what is right and doing what we say we will do. Our Code of Business Conduct sets the standard for our commitment to working with integrity and respect and provides guidance for everyone who works for, or on behalf of, Pure Painting Contractors.

The Code guides us in our daily work, demonstrates how to practically apply the commitments and values set out in our Company charter which reflects the standards and procedures applicable to Pure Painting Contractors.

We encourage a workplace where people speak up and ask if they are unsure how to respond to a situation or don’t understand any elements of the Code. We place additional responsibility on our supervisors and managers to ensure their employees and contractors understand and apply the Code in everything they do.
